Columbine’s legal practice focuses on simple and complex estate planning, business succession planning, trust administration, estate planning for a non-citizen spouse, planning for incapacity, business formation, charitable gifting, irrevocable life insurance trusts, annual gifting, special needs trusts, gun trusts, federal gift tax returns, and federal and state estate tax returns.
Columbine grew up in the mountains of Colorado. Before pursuing a career in the law, she enjoyed a successful career in fine dining restaurant management and as a master mixologist. In 2010, she was an Oregon Bounty Chef where she was able to combine her love of the wilderness with her love of flavors by foraging the Oregon Trail for ingredients worthy of honoring Oregon’s grand history and natural bounty.
